1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Oriamind application (“Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, do not use the Application.

2. Disclaimer of Medical Advice

ORIAMIND IS NOT A MEDICAL PROVIDER.

The Application is designed for educational and self-improvement purposes related to social confidence, psychological framing, and meditation through audio protocols. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified mental health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.

DO NOT USE ORIAMIND WHILE DRIVING OR OPERATING HEAVY MACHINERY.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Oriamind offers premium features via in-app subscriptions managed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

  • Billing: Payments are charged to your App Store/Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Refunds: All refund requests must be handled through the respective platform (Apple/Google).

4. User Accounts and Content

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree that Oriamind may use AI to generate personalized content (hypnosis scripts, audio) for you. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided “as is.”

5. End User License Agreement (EULA)

This is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Oriamind Application on a mobile device that you own or control.

  • Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that this agreement is between you and Oriamind, not Apple.
  • Maintenance and Support: Oriamind is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the Application. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support.
  • Warranty: In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever.
  • Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

6. Intellectual Property

The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Oriamind and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Oriamind be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the Application.
